Insanity Max30 plus the tools I use to counteract the wear and tear of exercising

You’ve seen it everywhere…Insanity Max30. You’ve heard time and time again how HARD and CRAZY this workout is. And now you may be discouraged or too intimidated to try it. Fear not, you CAN do this workout. You CAN handle it….plus a few things I use to help counteract the wear and tear of exercising.

Tools I talked about in the video:

Foam Roller (I love this foam roller because it’s longer than most rollers which allows for better coverage)

ProSource Ultra Deluxe Revolutionary Sports Medicine Roller, 24 x 6-Inch, Blue

Peppermint Essential Oil (I’m particular to this brand because of it’s high quality, potency AND it’s food grade)

Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil 5 ml

Great Lakes Collagen (This is the only brand that I recommend because it comes from grass-fed beef, and NOT from shitty parts like pig hooves.)

Collagen Hydrolysate (beef kosher) unflavored 1lb can

Bio Flex (In just 10-14 days I had reduced knee and wrist pain. So give it a chance)

Osteo Bi-Flex Edge Joint and Energy Capsule, 74 Count

Fish Oil (Quality matters. This brand uses the most detailed and intensive testing I’ve ever come across)

Omega-3 Fish Oil – NutriGold Triple Strength Omega-3 Gold, 180 Softgels – 1000 mg EPA + DHA with 85% Omega-3s in 1,250 mg Liquid Capsules, Molecularly Distilled Fatty Acids, Pharmaceutical Grade Pills That Are NOT Enteric Coated for Best Absorption But Still Guaranteed Burpless and Odorless – IFOS 5-Star Certified, ConsumerLab Approved, and Ranked #1 by LabDoor in Comparison of Top 50 Fish Oil Supplements

Yoga (Yoga bores me to death, but I understand the importance of it when it comes to muscle, joint and overall body repair. This dvd holds my attention the best out of all I’ve tried)
