Here ya go. 30 habits of people who are healthy, well-rounded, sane, kickass, badass, and make the world shine a little brighter each day.

 

  1. Do whatever the fuck you want.
  2. Eat whatever you want. Don’t be stupid and eat the same thing over and over again in massive quantities, but if you’re DYING for that burger or cake, just eat it and shut up already.
  3. Do whatever the fuck you want.
  4. Be a good friend. When life sucks call your friends, complain a little and make sure to return the favor.
  5. Laugh at yourself.
  6. Stop taking things so seriously.
  7. Move in ways that you enjoy.
  8. Do whatever the fuck you want.
  9. Quit being so judgemental. You don’t know why people are they way they are, what’s going on in their lives, or how they got there.
  10. Mind your own business. What other people think about you is none of your business so don’t waste precious energy worrying about what others have going on, or what they think of you. Who cares? Go live your life.
  11. Do whatever the fuck you want.
  12. Learn! All the time! Be curious about the world! Educate yourself! But on those days where you just want to park your ass on the couch and binge watch Netflix…it’s ok. Do so guilt free. Don’t beat yourself up over it. Show yourself compassion.
  13. Take care of yourself. Take some time for yourself. Do the things you love. You matter. When you’re better cared for, you can then better serve those around you.
  14. Say NO. Often. When you say yes to something, you’re sayin no to yourself. Say no to anything that you don’t like, feels like an obligation, guilt trip, or just don’t want to fucking do! No is liberating and beautiful. Say yes to yourself, and no to anything that doesn’t align with you.
  15. Eat foods that make you feel good.
  16. Sleep as much as you can. When you cut back on sleep, you become a pissy, angry, sugar craving mo foe. Don’t make us have to put up with you. Go to bed.
  17. Do whatever the fuck you want.
  18. Don’t be a shitty person.
  19. Be nice to others.
  20. List three things your grateful for every evening.
  21. Thank your chosen deity for another day to be alive.
  22. Take care of your body. Unless you like paying doctors and don’t care about being around for your next of kin, care for your body. It’s the only one you get.
  23. Pay your bills.
  24. Use a condom.
  25. Show up for work. Do it to your best of your abilities. If you’re going to do something, don’t half ass it. Full ass it!
  26. Invest in a coach that you like. They can teach you some amazing things that will transform your life and give you back ten fold.
  27. Laugh as often as you can. Life is more enjoyable when you laugh. Plus it makes you feel good, and then you act good, and those around you feed off of that good vibe and go on to spread it even more. See? By laughing you change the world. Go laugh.
  28. Don’t be a spreader of negativity. Why the hell do you want that job title? Stop spreading negativity, hate, gossip, and bullshit on social media, your life, your job, wherever. It doesn’t do the world any good and just makes you look like a douche bag, and a whiner. Stop it.
  29. Don’t worry, be happy.
  30. Do.Whatever.The.Fuck.You.Want.
