Part Two: 4 Tips To Begin Balancing Your Hormones

I intend for your eyes to open and your heart to soften. I intend for your curiosity to be peaked. I intend that you experience massive health transformation from simply applying the tips below. I intend health and happiness for you. So be it, and so it is.

Most of us are walking around with some sort of hormonal issue. Too much estrogen, too little progesterone, high or low testosterone, crazy cortisol levels, a dysfunctional thyroid, too much insulin, not enough melatonin, a deficiency in Vitamin D (really a hormone) and so on.

 

I share all of this information with you, to educate you so you can make smarter choices. Some of the effects of these things can scare you. I don’t want you to be afraid- I want you to be empowered. When you don’t know, you simply don’t know! I’m sharing these tips that I have learned and mastered from going through my own, crazy hormonal journey, so you can heal as well.  When you become aware of all that is affecting you, you can make smart and educated choices. This post is about teaching you things you may not know, so you can stop being a victim to modern living, and can instead, live your one and only life with all the health to actually live it fully. Being alive and living life are two very different things.

 

You need health to live and feel good. I share this information with you so you can learn of the things robbing you of your life force. My intention for you is to be inspired through this education, and let go of the crap that does not serve your life, so you can fulfill your purpose on earth, help others, and live fan-freaking-tastic!

 

Use the following four tips to start your journey of healing. But that’s the thing, reading these tips isn’t going to make you healthy overnight, but implementing them will get the ball rolling.
